What is the Best p2p or filesharing network?

I Currently use Limewire because it has fast downloads, but a lot of the times, the songs aren't what they say they are (some kind of add), or spy ware. My friends say ares but i don't see what is so good about it. Could you please tell me which is the best one, or maybe one that i haven't herd of.
