Is it possible to run a game with an incompatible, or not supported graphics card?

I am running an Intel(R) GMA 950 (Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family), 251 MB Video Ram, Directx 10, and the game i want to run is Flight Simulator x, not the expansion version.
