you needa train your gyarados a lot more. and take out whirlpool and teach it waterfall. take out dragon rage and dragon pulse too. when your gyarados is lvl 45+, you can take care of houndoom and lance pretty easily. or you can just use rollout on houndoom with the typhlosion.
