What gears should i put in the rearend of my bronco?

i own a ford bronco with a 4 or 6 inch lift (not sure) and 35x12.50 tires and i have a stroked bored/ cammed 460 with all the goodies and i was thinking my bronco should have a lot more throttle response than it does could it be the gears? if so what should i put in there so i can go fast on the street but still tear it up off road. also i have a detroit locker in the rear if that makes a difference
