what we see while growing up has allot to do with how we see life.what we see in parents is often how things might be for us.my first husbands parents were divorced, and so did he and i.kids learn from example and watching how their parents handle life and its problems.kids who see parents stay together and deal with life's problems,do better when they get out and marry. they know how to treat their mates.u do pick up the values and personalities of parents.i watched my dad put up with my mom for years, and he never left her, so when i grew up i never wanted to end a marriage.
