A laid back girlfriend?????

guys would you dump your gf if she was too laid back?? not caring much but tells you she loves you all the time, for example you can be walkin in the hallway and he see's a pretty girl he says "she's pretty" then the gf says "you think she's pretty?!? look at the other girl, looks way better!", what would you think??
