I have gained weight and have a tummy now! i want to lose weight in 2 months and get a flat stomach.?

i am 57 kgs now and want to reduce atleast 7 to 8 kgs before May. i dont want to go to the gym or use gym equipment. i have aculated fat in the stomach thigh and hip areas! please recomend a diet & exercise regime that is extremely effective. its really important for me to become visibly thiner "before May"
