How could i possibly correct a wrong impression on my comment at yahoo ask?

im very sorry if my comment "miserable people" in india created a wrong notion in other people's mind. i didnt want to make FUN of them just bec i mentioned about them. The fact is that i wanna feel same pains and miseries they feel like how my heart bleeds for miserable people in my own country. how can i say sorry....?
