Anyone and their bf/hubby have dreams you were pregnant before you found out?

The other night I had a dream I took a hpt and got a BFP, the same night (or early morning) my boyfriend woke me up in the middle of the night saying he dreamt we were laying in bed and our baby "popped out" and said hey daddy and went back in. Kind of like making his presence known (it was a boy)...or idk. Anybody else have similar experiences only to confirm pregnancy?!?!
